Does RAW test any of its products on animals?
RAW absolutely does NOT test a single product on animals.  RAW has tested all of its products on willing volunteers consisting of family and friends.

Do any RAW products contain animal products and/or bi products?
RAW does NOT use any animal products and/or bi products what-so-ever.  All RAW products meet vegan guidelines.

What is the best way to take care of my RAW fresh-cut, handmade soap?
RAW fresh-cut, handmade soap will last longest when allowed to dry out (on a drying rack, soap saver, etc.) after each bathing session.  RAW soap is all natural, thus if left in a puddle of water will melt very quickly.

What types of payment does RAW accept?
RAW accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal.

What shipping options does RAW offer?
RAW offers two domestic and two international shipping options.
The first domestic shipping option is pick-up for those who are in the general Fullerton, CA area.  The second option is USPS Priority Shipping calculated based on the total weight of your order.  RAW has chosen USPS Priority Shipping because the cost is low for customers, and the shipping time is fairly quick (1-4 business days depending on location.)

As for international shipping, it is also calculated based on the total weight of the order.  The first option RAW offers is USPS International Economy because it is the least expensive for the customer.  Unfortunately, this method takes 2-3 weeks.  The second option is USPS International Priority which is a little more expensive, but your package will arrive in 6-10 days.
